Have fun pairing some of your favorite treats—chocolate & wines from around the world. Yes, both reds and whites pair with chocolates creating a delightful and often surprising combination!


In this hour long seminar, we will experiment with flavors and aromas to help you identify your own perfect pairing of wine and chocolate. We will even test out a few tried and true suggestions to see if the experts are right!

$35/person, plus tax

Maria Chiancola is the owner and wine director of Newport Wine Cellar.  She holds a PhD in English Literature, and advanced WSET.  She is a writer, chef, and wine maker, and she loves to share her wine knowledge to make wine more fun and approachable for everyone.
