Haunted Bristol Walking Tour

Join us for an evening autumnal stroll hosted by historian and paranormal researcher, Joan Quinn. Experience a 90-minute walking tour through the historic town of Bristol, beginning in front of the Old State House in the Town Commons and concluding at the beautiful Linden Place.

This leisurely tour delves into Bristol’s rich history, including the early Wampanoag tribes and their sacred base camp. Discover the effects of King Philip’s War, which brought significant conflict and bloodshed to the area, as well as the Revolutionary War and the notorious DeWolf family. Intriguing ghost stories tied to these historical events will also be shared. With a background in history and museum work, combined with 15 years of experience in paranormal studies and appearances on the Travel Channel’s “Kindred Spirits,” Joan offers a unique blend of historical insights and paranormal exploration.

Date: Saturday, Oct. 19th, 6-7:30 pm

Meeting point: 240 High Street, Bristol, RI
