Welcome Bag Items are to be dropped off and inserted between 11:00AM - 1:00PM

Want to participate in our August Welcome Social by donating your marketing material for your business?  Bring 200 marketing copies or items for our membership welcome gift bags. 

Insert your business coupons, brochures or business cards into a Welcome Gift Bag that is given to 200 spouses who attend our event. 

This year we are requesting that you personally insert your own marketing materials so that nothing is lost or misplaced. ALL bags will be set up and ready for you to include your materials. This process should only take 15-20 minutes. There will be some volunteers there to help. 

Please arrive at Easton's Beach Rotunda on Thursday, August 22nd between the hours of 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.
