Each April, Blithewold opens its gates to welcome visitors as springtime begins. The season unfurls with their well-known daffodil display, covering this 33-acre seaside estate with over 50,000 daffodils that delight visitors for nearly a month.

               

During our tour date, Blithewold will be hosting their Fair Festival week, with lots of little ones roaming the grounds.

Blithewold tour guides will lead our group on a 90-minute tour of Blithewold's Mansion and Grounds. They will tell the story of the Van Wickle/McKee family, the original owners of this beautiful seaside garden estate. Out on the grounds, our guide will take us to each of the ten gardens, the Bamboo Grove, the Summerhouse and the Lord and Burnham greenhouse complex. Our tour will end with a Q & A on the North West Porch.
